Our donation program is intended to benefit children and students in Virginia. All Virginia public schools are eligible for equipment donations completely free of charge. 501(c)(3) Organizations, Non-Profits, Youth Programs, and more are also eligible. Donated computers from CRVA are tested and professionally refurbished. We install Windows 11 and donate the computers in ready-to-use condition. Laptop computers include one A/C adapter charging cable per laptop. If you are requesting desktop computers, please specify what external accessories (keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, etc.) are needed. We can also install some programs to assist with the intended use of the equipment, such as a free document processing suite (LibreOffice). Additional requests must be approved during the application process.

We do our best to fill all approved donation requests as quickly as possible. The speed at which we can fulfill approved donations depends on our inventory availability and the quantity requested. Please contact our Recycling Center for all questions relating to your donation request.
